This set was built using 100+ year old salavage cypress from a farm house for a client. Table top was a custom design of red cedar and cypress from the same property. Newer materials (which were used in the gliders on this site) tend to have a lighter appearance when finished with the lightest stain option.
These chairs are based on a proven, time-tested design and are clean and solid. They are the perfect combination of comfort and style. Tall enough to get in and out of easily while still being laid-back enough to take a nap. The wide arms are perfect for resting a beverage and yourself!
Chair dimensions are:
42 inches tall (to top of center back slat)
31 inches wide (at the widest part of the arms); seat is 22 inches wide
32 inches deep (from front of front leg to back of back leg); 35 inches deep overall

Options for finish are:
natural finish - fully sanded without any sealers or coatings
exterior oil-based stain - 2-3 coats of a penetrating oil-based sealer
We're not currently offering a painted finish. We provide pieces in a natural finish ready for you to apply paint.
